Chris Esquire is a cyber-security expert, college professor, author, and licensed attorney. He has spent the last 24 years working in various roles in technology in for the US Government, US military, energy companies, and several universities. He has a BS in Information Systems focused on IT and Accounting fraud and forensics, an MS in Information Systems Management focused on Project Management, and Juris Doctor. He finished a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems and a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Computer and Information Security. He holds several certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker, Cloud Security Knowledge, Cloud Computing, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and GIAC Certified Penetration Tester. Fall of 2019 he is taking the Offensive Security Certified Professional and Certified Cloud Security Professional certifications. He authored and was a chapter lead for the American Bar Associations’ Guide to International Cyber Security 2nd edition, and has several published papers on data breaches, liability laws, cloud, and IT security. He currently serves as Vice Chair for the American Bar Association's Privacy and Computer Crime Committee and has served as the Academic Relations/ Research Committee Director for ISACA previously and is a member of the Cloud Security Alliance Incident Management and Forensics Workgroup
