Dr. Mahoney has 20 years of experience in higher education. Her work includes developing and teaching face-to-face and online courses across several disciplines. 

She has worked with students from the associate to doctoral levels. Additionally, Dr. Mahoney has nearly 10 years of higher education administrative work, as the Director of Online Teaching and Learning, Associate Dean of Instruction, Dean of Online and Liberal Studies. 

Dr. Mahoney resides in Arizona with her husband and their English Lab named Jax. Dr. Mahoney enjoys watching and attending sporting events and traveling.
