Three (3) letters of recommendation, one each from a sitting principal, other school or district administrator and P-12 educator or professional staff attesting to the candidate’s professional dispositions, skills, and understanding of (a) ability to improve student achievement, (b) leadership, (c) advanced knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment, and evidence of ability to improve student achievement.
