Program Overview

Our Administrative Certification and Endorsement programs are designed to accommodate educators that aspire to work in an administrative or content specific role. The school administrator certifications and endorsements provide practitioners with the knowledge, experience, and dispositions needed to guide our schools and communities into the future.

Our education administration courses cover a number of administrative and content-specific roles, all leading toward additional certification and increased job potential. The certification programs are offered in an online format to help working educators balance their busy lives and schedules. The courses are offered throughout the year in six eight-week terms with the opportunity to begin at any time.

Length of Study
Students wanting to earn their education administration degree should learn about our Administrative Certification and Endorsement programs, which can be completed in as little as 3 eight-week terms. However, it is designed to provide convenience and flexibility, allowing you to study at a pace that meets your needs.

Certification Areas
Certification is provided for the state of Kentucky through the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB). Out-of-state candidates, please contact your state’s certification office for reciprocity details.

Program of Study
All of our certification and endorsement programs require completion of 18 credit hours for Level I certification, with exception of the Principal Certification, which requires 21 credit hours. All programs are delivered online, and a maximum of nine hours of credit may be transferred into the program.

There is a $50 technology fee assessed each eight-week term that you are enrolled. Regardless of the number of courses you take per term it is a $50 flat fee.
