During this online doctoral program in educational leadership, you’ll participate in a comprehensive study of effective leadership, teaching and administrative methods. As a student of our Executive Leadership Ph.D. program, you will take two courses per semester; the first course matches our existing eight-week online graduate coursework, and the second is a 16-week course where you will be required to meet on campus one day per month, totaling three (3) eight-hour days per semester. Fall classes for the doctorate in leadership include residency class days at both our Williamsburg and Northern Kentucky campuses.
