• Completed Bachelor’s  & Master’s Degree or current Kentucky Rank II status
• Official Transcript(s)
  • Must be received from ALL degree issuing colleges/universities and show a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale
• Teaching License
• Three (3) letters of recommendation
