Brina Strebeck began athletic training her senior year at Cherokee High School in Rogersville, Tennessee. She came to University of the Cumberlands in the fall of 1998, where she worked as a student athletic trainer covering various sports. Upon graduating, Strebeck earned her ATC credentials passing the NATABOC exam. She then continued working at Cumberlands as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the football and baseball teams for the 2002-2003 season.

Mrs. Strebeck's first employment was as the Head Athletic Trainer at Allen University in Columbia, South Carolina where she served as the school's only athletic trainer. After a position opening, she returned to her alma mater in the summer of 2004. Here she is an Assistant Athletic Trainer working primarily with baseball, archery, and football.

Mrs. Strebeck is an active member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA); Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society (KATS); College Athletic Trainers' Society (CATS) and holds licensure in the state of Kentucky as an Athletic Trainer. She holds an instructors license for First Aid/CPR/ AED and CPR for the Professional Rescuer from the American Red Cross. In addition to this, Strebeck is a Graston Technique Certified Provider and Certified Kinesiology Taping Specialist.

In her spare time, Mrs. Strebeck enjoys reading, playing with her dog, and spending time with her family and friends. She is married to Kristopher Strebeck, a 2002 graduate who also played for the Patriots football team. He currently serves as Cumberlands' Head Archery Coach. Together they have one child, Braedyn Grace.
